Watch the stars at the Observatory or feed the swans by the pond. Cycling, ice-skating or catamarans – sports and activities in the park are available during every season.
Patriarch's Ponds is a popular historical district with a rich history, which has become the center of attraction for fashion boutiques and the most exciting gastronomic discoveries. Walking along the picturesque square around the pond, turn into lanes with cozy Moscow courtyards, visit the M.A. Bulgakov museum and make sure to dine in one of the trendy restaurants of the capital.
VDNH Park is a truly unique area on the map of the capital, which unites multiple exhibitions, festivals, spacious green areas and a panoramic wheel «The Sun of Moscow» (140 m high). Themed science pavilions, famous fountain and cozy restaurants can be explored via 12 special routes created for any company and for any occasion.
WALK AROUND THE CAPITAL
The «Sun of Moscow» – that is the name of the Ferris wheel that was built just a year ago at VDNKh – will certainly attract your attention during your visit to the park. The height of the wheel is 140 meters, and the duration of one rotation is almost 20 minutes, during which you can enjoy the view of the park «Ostankino», Seven Sisters, Spasskaya Tower and other calling cards of the capital. In case of individual renting, the booth will turn into a venue for an off-site marriage registration, photo shoot, romantic date, or a festivity for children.
Krutitskoye Podvorye is a tiny place in the south of Moscow that very few people know about. It used to be the residence of the Bishops of Sarsk and Podon built in the 13th century as a monastery. Nowadays, this place is an atmospheric architectural monument and a secluded corner of the capital, where the spirit of the distant past is preserved. There is a museum of Moscow's Military History on the territory of the monastery that you can visit it on your own or as part of a guided tour, as well as try on knight's armor or master a bogatyr sword.

The falconry Museum, located 20 km from Moscow on a large “peninsula" at the confluence of the Samoryadovka and Uchi rivers, was opened in 2010 and has undergone several relocations. Now it is a nomadic camp consisting of light tents and Mongolian yurts. There is a stable, a kennel and a falconry, as well as educational and festive programs for guests by appointment.
Visitors will be greeted by the unique stands of 89 Russian regions, allowing them to experience the diverse landscapes between the Oka and Volga rivers, step inside the cockpit of a huge airplane, touch a mock-up of a space rocket, immerse themselves in the cultural traditions of Russian people, and discover what each region takes pride in. And on the days of the regions, each of them will present their advantages and invite you to visit the main attractions.
GIFT-GIVING
The project unites 17 independent designers and brands, and each of them tells his or her own story about Russia and former CIS countries, combining images of already known and favorite cultural elements with the famous French silk «squares». Besides, there are twillies of different formats which can be used as ties or hair bands presented in the store.
The slogan of this store is «A gift for the one who has everything». This is the place where you can buy truly unique items, and they are sure to impress anyone. Is your best friend a Star Wars fan? — We advise you on paying attention to the picture of Darth Vader signed by the actor who played him back in 1977. Maybe your dad is a fan of boxing and Mike Tyson in particular? - Then he will definitely like a boxing glove signed by the athlete. All products of the store are sold together with a certificate of originality.
VINTAGE MOSCOW
Resale is one of the main fashion trends of the 21st century, and the secondary luxury market has become a passion that has taken over celebrities from the covers of fashion magazines. In the store located just outside TsUM, you can look at various vintage masterpieces, from Mugler to a hand-stitched Chanel dress from the 20s, and probably become the owner of one of these unique items.
Elizaveta Myaksheva and Olga Binde are the founders of the brand which appeared in 2020. Here you can find iconic accessories and bags of famous brands, as well as rare vintage pieces. OUT OF THE CITY
The town of writers, built in the 1930s, became the home and favorite vacation spot for the Soviet intelligentsia. Here Pasternak wrote «Doctor Zhivago», Tarkovsky filmed a scene for «The Mirror», and Simonov composed the iconic war-era poem «Wait for Me». Pay special attention to the House of Creativity of Writers, which had remained abandoned for a long time. At the end of August 2020, after reconstruction, this club was opened again – to become a new public space and the historical center of the cultural life of the village. We advise that you travel to Peredelkino on the upcoming weekend: enter the House of Creativity, visit the exhibition «Conditions of Material Independence», study books in the library, enjoy nature from a high balcony, and then wander around the park. It is also worth visiting the house-museums of Korney Chukovsky, Boris Pasternak, and Bulat Okudzhava.
