Quadrum restaurant has once again joined the autumn edition of the Moscow Gastronomic Festival. The menu draws inspiration from Chef Konstantin Netsvetaev’s memories of his time in Taman.

From 6 October, Silk Lounge and Moskovsky Monte Carlo Bar welcome the new culinary season. Russian classics, seasonal ingredients and unexpected combinations come together across both venues, from borscht and beetroot hummus to Kamchatka crab and crème brûlée crowned with a crisp maple leaf.

Pastry Chefs Igor Melnikov (Four Seasons Hotel Moscow, Russia) and Billy Xu (Atlantis Sanya, China) brought two cultures together through the art of chocolate and pastry.

The new signature collection of rituals at Amnis Spa is inspired by the four cardinal directions – North, South, East and West – and by Russia, where these worlds come together. 

On 22 September, Quadrum, in collaboration with Simple Wine, invites guests to an intimate wine dinner with Michele Bernetti, owner of the family-owned Umani Ronchi winery.
