A native of the southern Italian island of Ischia, Gennaro brings a unique approach to gastronomy by blending his passion for cooking with deep respect for local traditions and regional ingredients.

On Thursday, October 24, at 7:00 PM, the Quadrum restaurant at the Four Seasons Hotel Moscow will host a special guest, Emanuele Mongillo, the chef of the Italian restaurant Balzi Rossi. Together with Konstantin Netsvetaev, they will prepare an exquisite eight-course gastronomic dinner.
