This summer, the team at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow invites guests to the Moskovsky bar terrace.
For the seasonal menu, Chefs Gennaro Conte and Maxim Shornikov focused on freshness, seafood, and the clean, vibrant flavours of the Mediterranean. Highlights include Sicilian prawns with broccoli, cream cheese, and quinoa; beef tartare with mushrooms and crispy corn; and Kamchatka crab “Catalana”. The dessert selection by Executive Pastry Chef Igor Melnikov's team brings a refreshing touch with creations such as rhum baba with zabaione and vanilla ice cream, Melba peach with vanilla crémeux, peach sorbet, and apricot gel, among others.
The cocktail menu, created by the team of Head Bartender Vadim Panenkov, draws inspiration from the stories and spirit of Russian cities – from Taman to Nakhodka – with each of the 11 cocktails offering its own distinct character and mood. For instance, the "Four Seasons” cocktail is served on a painter’s palette, inviting guests to mix it themselves while taking in the atmosphere of Isaac Levitan's landscape painting "Plyos". Meanwhile, the “Garnet Bracelet” transports guests to the Black Sea coast through imagery inspired by Alexander Kuprin’s renowned novella.
A curated wine selection by our Head Sommelier Virginia Arbamova features over 23 labels, showcasing the diversity of contemporary Russian winemaking through thoughtfully composed gastronomic pairings.
