'He' – crafted for him. A robust Old Fashioned-style drink, smoked and served with a chocolate cigarette, for those who appreciate strength in every sip.

'She' – crafted for her. A sparkling gin-based mix with berry yogurt, designed for the queens of Venus, enhanced with a touch of artisanal perfume.

This special cocktail menu is available throughout February. A special drink menu is available throughout February. On Valentine’s Day, we treat all couples in love to this pair as a complimentary gesture.

As part of the Great Selection List project, launched by the independent restaurant guide GreatList with the support of mobile operator T2, Moscow residents and visitors are invited to discover signature cocktails created by internationally acclaimed bartenders — right here at our hotel.

For Moskovsky Bar, an exclusive cocktail menu was designed by Riccardo Rossi, Head Bartender and business partner of the Italian bar Freni e Frizioni, ranked No. 58 on The World’s 50 Best Bars list and No. 37 in the Top 500 Bars.

• Pico Paloma — nachos-infused tequila, pico de gallo cordial, liqueur, grapefruit soda
• Cristian Passion — strawberry-infused vodka, liqueur, lemon juice, passion fruit syrup, egg white
• Negroni Mediterraneo — gin, vermouth, Italian bitter, fresh pepper and cumin chutney
