Vadim Panenkov, the head bartender of Four Seasons Hotel Moscow, has created a unique signature collection of cocktails that transport you to Russia’s most breathtaking landscapes. Highlights include:

· "Far Eastern Evening" – an exotic blend of baijiu, yuzu, sake, and orange, evoking the aromas of mysterious bays and Japanese gardens

· "Forest Symphony" – an ode to the nature of the Moscow region, combining vodka, sherry, yogurt, and berry foam to immerse you in the essence of an autumn forest.

· "Stone Flower" – inspired by the Altai region, this cocktail features whiskey, pear, cloudberry, and house-made soda, reflecting the grandeur of the mountains and the abundance of the forests.

Each guest will get an opportunity to feel like a chef-bartender of a five-star hotel under the gentle guidance of one-and-only Vadim Panenkov, the real owner of this title. Vadim will tell you about the traditions and trends, answer any questions, teach you how to make the best of the best cocktails, and even invite you to the holy of holies - behind the bar.
