"Aperitivo" cocktails at Quadrum

The culture of aperitifs is an integral part of gastronomy not only in Italy, where it originated, but also around the world. It is known that aperitivo is a drink which is served before the dinner to awaken the taste buds, increase appetite, and prepare for the meal. However, the Italians themselves interpret it as the art of enjoying the moment.

The head bartender of Four Seasons Hotel Moscow Vadim Panenkov has introduced three new «aperitivo» cocktails that will undoubtedly impress and delight any guest: Tomato Basil Spritz, Banana Daiquiri and Hugo cocktail based on homemade elderflower liqueur.
