The menu is the result of a dialogue between two chefs: Gennaro Conte from Italy and Konstantin Netsvetaev from Russia. Their approaches create a refined balance – between tradition and a contemporary perspective, expressiveness and restraint.

Italian Lunch at Quadrum
A midday break, a couple of hours to yourself and an "Italian Lunch" — light, modern cuisine to be enjoyed with views of the Kremlin.
The concept is simple and elegant: create your own lunch by selecting one dish from each category. Two formats are available: three courses for 4 000 RUB or four courses for 5 000 RUB.
The menu features classic Italian dishes with a modern twist: from vitello tonnato and burrata with roasted bell peppers and capers, to ziti all'Amatriciana and dorado fillet with grilled kale and anchovy espuma. Dessert includes Pavlova with berries or vanilla affogato.
Follow the traditions of an Italian lunch and complement your meal with a glass of wine.
The Italian lunch menu is served on weekdays, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Guests are always welcome to choose from the main menu as well.

The selection of organic, biodynamic wines and oranges created outside the canons of production is impressive. The "golden" reserves of these rare vintages are astounding: from the northern Barolo Borgogno 1988 to the unrivaled Burgundy Domaine de la Romanee Conti.
