Now in the hotel you can order three types of cakes by the signature recipes of Igor Melnikov, the hotel's virtuoso pastry chef. The first of them is the "Honey cake”, also known as “Medovik”: based on the favorite dessert of all guests, the cake has an exclusive design, a remarkable taste and a delicate texture. The next in the collection is the "Fraisier", made in a modern shape, with an almond sponge cake, a fresh strawberry filling and pieces of gold as a decoration. The seasonal’s specialty of May, the Blueberry Cake, represents a classic with a modern twist, where thin layers of creamy almond sponge cake are paired with an abundance of fresh blueberries. Each cake is unique and will be a wonderful addition to any celebration or a meeting with friends.
