The wine list, created by sommelier Virginia Abramova, brings ideal pairings to signature Italian dishes from Chef Angelo Santi. The collection is filled with lush Italy in all its manifestations: from the subtle north to the mesmerizing south. It presents over 250 exemplary wines, including unique autochthons such as Vitovska, Verdicchio, Timorasso, Carricante. In addition to the classic wines of France, Spain, Portugal, Germany and Austria, the wines of Eastern Europe from Serbia, as well as the wines of Russia will pleasantly surprise you. The selection of organic and biodynamic wines, “oranges” and “pét nats” is impressive. The “golden” reserves of rare old vintages sparkle the imagination, from the northern Barolo 1988 to the unrivaled burgundy Corton 1999.
