We invite you to Quadrum for an Italian lunch featuring effortlessly chic Italian cuisine. Discover a full restaurant experience without interrupting your business or sightseeing schedule. The new menu by chefs Gennaro Conte and Konstantin Netsvetaev launches on March 16, giving you the perfect reason to plan a midday break with a view of the Kremlin.
The concept is simple and elegant: create your own lunch by selecting one dish from each category. Two formats are available: three courses for 4000 RUB or four courses for 5000 RUB.
Start with classic Mediterranean flavors: tender vitello tonnato, melt-in-your-mouth burrata with roasted sweet peppers, capers, and pineapple dressing, or the aromatic “Acquasale” salad with arugula, fresh herbs, tomatoes, crunchy croutons, and roasted olives.
For soups, enjoy a warming carrot soup with vegetable chips and pistachios or a vibrant green vignarola with spinach, green peas, edamame, and guanciale.
Continue your exploration of Italian flavors with modern presentations in the main courses: sea bream fillet with grilled kale sauce and anchovy espuma, ziti all’Amatriciana, cannelloni with ricotta and spinach served with scamorza espuma, or beef tongue with parsnip purée and a piquant al pepe verde sauce.
Finish your lunch on a sweet note with a light pavlova with berries or a vanilla affogato.
For a refined midday pause, follow the traditions of an Italian lunch and complement your meal with a glass of wine (950–1050 RUB): Bruni Prosecco from Veneto, or Chardonnay and Pinot Noir Le Grand Noir from Languedoc-Roussillon.
The Italian lunch menu will be served on weekdays, from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Guests are always welcome to choose from the main menu as well.
