A true gastronomic pleasure: crème brûlée with chanterelles, the taste is enhanced by parsley and delicate cream paired with refreshing thyme ice cream to add bright notes to the dish.
Salad with chanterelles and Lori cheese
Fried chanterelles are combined with arugula and sweet peach, creating a bright palette of flavors. Lori cheese and Parmesan add tenderness to the salad, while gooseberry sauce adds unexpected sourness.
