On the evening of December 24, when families across Italy gather for 'La Vigilia' and light their candles, Chef Gennaro Conte, Chef Konstantin Netsvetaev, and truffle sommelier Kristina Boldyreva will create for you an atmosphere filled with warmth, culinary discovery, and the anticipation of holiday magic.
We invite you to spend this evening with a magnificent view of the Kremlin and the sparkling Manezhnaya Square. Founder of the Truffle Club and head of Queen of Truffles, Kristina Boldyreva, will guide you into the world of noble truffles, share the centuries-old traditions of truffle hunting, and reveal the subtleties of truly savoring their incomparable aroma.
Chefs Gennaro Conte and Konstantin Netsvetaev have crafted a festive menu where every nuance — from the finest detail to the structure of each dish — tells the story of this precious ingredient and brings to life the guidance of the truffle sommelier. The dinner continues the cherished Italian Christmas tradition in which each course becomes a moment for conversation, emotion, and shared memory. You will be served a five-course menu:
- Quail egg, Jerusalem artichoke, black truffle (amuse bouche)
- Sakhalin scallop crudo, oyster dressing, white truffle (starters)
- Black Angus beef, pumpkin, Parmigiano Reggiano, black chanterelles, white truffle (starters)
- Risotto with Champagne, foie gras, roasted onion powder, white truffle (hot appetizer)
- Black cod, cauliflower, chestnuts, black truffle (main)
- Truffle ice cream, hazelnut daсquoise, blackcurrant sauce (dessert)
