For the celebration of Bright Easter, Executive Pastry Chef Igor Melnikov has created a collection for you, inspired by Easter traditions and flavors.
From April 3 to 12, we invite you to the Easter Market on the first floor of the hotel to choose sweet gifts for yourself and your loved ones.
Easter Cakes (Kulich)
The main symbol of the holiday – kulich – is presented in two versions: classic with raisins and almonds, and kulich with candied fruits and dark chocolate. Bright citrus notes, a delicate tang, and the noble bitterness of chocolate subtly complement the sweetness of the dough. Thanks to Italian preparation techniques, the cakes retain their freshness for several days – so that the festive mood lasts as long as possible.
“Easter Bunny”
This dessert is more than just a chocolate figure. A dark chocolate shell hides a delicate filling, while the ears are coated with a velvety milk-white finish. Inside, there is strawberry and basil ganache and airy passion fruit marshmallow, creating a delicate balance of flavors. A spring mood is guaranteed.
Easter Chocolate Eggs
A classic shape in an elegant interpretation. A white chocolate egg with marshmallow – soft and delicate, with a subtle sweetness. Milk chocolate with almond praline раскрывается ореховыми и карамельными нотами. The dark chocolate version with hazelnut praline features a rich flavor with a noble bitterness and the depth of roasted nuts.
“Easter Eggs” Chocolates
A collection of 20 mini chocolates in an elegant red box. “Raspberry–Marshmallow” combines sweet-and-sour raspberry ganache with a delicate marshmallow texture. “Coconut” is a soft vanilla ganache with coconut flakes. “Nut Praline” combines almond and hazelnut in dark chocolate. “Lime–Pineapple” reveals bright freshness with a pronounced citrus tang. Each chocolate is a carefully balanced combination of taste and texture.
