From June 1 to 14, Moscow hosts the inaugural edition of GRANI, a culinary project dedicated to Italian cuisine. Created exclusively for the occasion, Chef Konstantin Netsvetaev of Quadrum has crafted a special tasting menu that showcases his contemporary interpretation of Italy’s rich culinary traditions.

The name GRANI (“grains”) reflects a return to the essence of flavour while exploring the many facets of Italian gastronomy. The project is inspired by the principles of the Slow Food movement, celebrating seasonality, locally sourced ingredients and traditional artisanal techniques.
