From February 23 to April 14, a special Lenten menu is available at Quadrum and Silk Lounge, as well as through in-room dining. Guests can enjoy dishes prepared entirely with plant-based ingredients.
The menu has been designed to maintain a rich variety of flavors during the period of Great Lent, featuring light appetizers, hearty main courses, and desserts made without animal products.
