We invite you to welcome spring and celebrate Maslenitsa at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow, where the Silk Lounge restaurant has prepared a special menu dedicated to this traditional Russian holiday.
You can enjoy a variety of dishes, including:
• Russian blinis stuffed with meat
• Russian blinis, rye olady, salmon, guacamole
• Potato blinis with pastrami and Suluguni cheese
• Russian blinis with cottage cheese
Additionally, you can complement your meal with salmon, sturgeon, or beluga caviar, served with sour cream, boiled egg, and blinis or toast.
A special highlight is the Russian tea ceremony at Silk Lounge, which pairs perfectly with the Maslenitsa menu. Every day from 12:00 to 18:00, you can indulge in an exclusive selection of desserts and mini snacks reminiscent of childhood favorites, such as delicate walnut-shaped cookies with condensed milk, honey cake, and anthill cake, served on a porcelain tiered stand with a traditional ornament. Immerse yourself in a warm and cozy atmosphere while choosing from a premium selection of teas, and spend time with family and friends by a real fireplace, accompanied by live piano music from 16:00 to 21:00. The Russian tea ceremony is priced at 8,500 RUB for two people.
You can order the Maslenitsa menu separately or pair it with the Russian tea ceremony for an unforgettable gastronomic experience. Silk Lounge is open daily from 8:00 to 23:00.
Treat yourself and your loved ones to unforgettable moments by combining traditional Maslenitsa delicacies with an elegant Russian tea ceremony in the heart of Moscow.
