On April 24, chefs Mirko Zago and Gennaro Conte will meet in the kitchen of Quadrum to bring back the true taste of Italy – timeless, beyond trends, and always irresistible.
The evening’s menu will tell a living story of the Mediterranean, preserved in the hearts of two talented chefs from the north and south of Italy. For them, the cuisine of their homeland is more than just food – it is a language of memories and family traditions.
About the chefs:
Mirko Zago, a multi-award-winning chef, television host, and the driving force behind Moscow’s restaurants Aist, Onest, and Bro&N, also leads La Fabbrica (Novikov Group) in Rostov-on-Don and Bourny in Vladivostok.
Gennaro Conte began his culinary journey on the island of Ischia, inheriting a passion for gastronomy from his family. Since then, he has honed his skills across Italy and abroad — from Oxford to Paris. In Moscow, he currently oversees the kitchens and banquet services at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow.
