Quadrum restaurant has once again joined the autumn edition of the Moscow Gastronomic Festival. This year, Chef Konstantin Netsvetaev explores the theme “Inspiration. Russia.”
At the heart of the menu are the chef’s memories of the six months he spent in Taman. It was a time of his first independent culinary experiments, unexpected discoveries and a newfound appreciation for simple ingredients. Many of these experiences continue to shape Konstantin’s culinary perspective to this day.
