Xander Bar (Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg), one of St. Petersburg’s finest cocktail destinations, is bringing its signature mixology experience to Moscow. The meeting of the two capitals will take place on April 17 at Moskovsky Bar at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow.
Bartenders Denis Alkin and Fedor Legostaev will present a selection of standout cocktails from the “Book of Memories” – Xander’s new menu. Inspired by the personal memories of the bar team, each cocktail invites guests to discover something uniquely their own.
On the menu for the evening in Moscow:
“Library” (gin, two types of pepper, vermouth, celery, pineapple)
A twist on the Dirty Martini, where each sip unveils a hidden story from the past.
“Desire” (gin, milk oolong tea, dry white wine, honey, grapefruit, lemon)
A variation on the Gimlet, offering a moment to reflect on one’s most intimate desires.
“Riddle” (spiced rum, coconut liqueur, bitters, raspberry cordial with cinnamon)
A sweet-and-sour rum-based cocktail that plays with questions and expectations.
