Quadrum Italian restaurant at our hotel opens the pages of a new menu, the concept of which is based on the traditional Italian dishes with a non-trivial interpretation by Chef Angelo Santi. The new menu of the restaurant will delight you with the already favorite hits by the chef such as tender deer fillet with mushrooms, and will also introduce you to the novelties of the season including vitello tonato and octopus with mini potatoes as appetizers.
For the main course, you will be able to enjoy three varieties of risotto and genuine Italian pasta: ravioli with ricotta and spinach, spaghetti with king shrimps and vesuvio pasta with San Marzano tomatoes. Signature panna cotta and zuppa inglese will be a sweet end to your dinner.
