Pavel has over 22 years of experience in the hotel industry and an impressive career path from bellman to Managing Director. Having started his career in line operational positions, he continued to develop in various areas of hospitality, which allowed him to gain valuable experience and a deep understanding of all aspects of the hotel business. In 2019, Pavel joined Four Seasons Hotel Moscow team as a CFO and since then his path has been closely connected with the Four Seasons family. Striving for excellence in service and a strategic approach to business management allowed him to quickly occupy a key position in the hotel.
