On 22 September, Quadrum at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow will bring together Italian winemaking and contemporary gastronomy. As part of the Made in Italy festival, the restaurant team, in collaboration with Simple Wine, invites guests to an intimate wine dinner hosted by Michele Bernetti, owner of the family-owned Umani Ronchi winery.
With more than half a century of history, Umani Ronchi is based across the Italian regions of Marche and Abruzzo and is recognised among Italy’s leading producers by Wine Spectator. The winery is renowned for its expressive wines and has received numerous accolades from leading international wine guides. It is also the home of the celebrated Pelago, named the world’s Best Red Wine at the International Wine Challenge.
Throughout the evening, Michele Bernetti will personally present a selection of Umani Ronchi wines, sharing the story of his family, the vineyards and the distinctive character of each wine. A specially curated menu by Gennaro Conte, Chef at Four Seasons Hotel Moscow, will accompany the tasting, exploring the character of the wines through the lens of Italian gastronomy.
Each course will form part of a culinary journey through the regions where Umani Ronchi’s wines are produced, while the evening will offer an opportunity to discover the traditions and culture of Italian winemaking in greater depth.
