The elegantly designed breakfast area has been replenished with fresh offerings. An even more generous selection of cold appetizers with the recently introduced pickles, artichokes, and edamame beans is available. The various portions of meze are particularly popular, and the assortment now includes hummus, mutabal, and muhammara.
Hot smoked sturgeon has been added to the traditional array of fish slices which are lightly salted salmon, eel, and butterfish. In addition to salami, turkey, ham, and bresaola, duck is now served in a meat plate. Bystro has also increased the meat display to four types which differ every day.
Breakfast at our hotel has sparkled with new colors thanks to smoothie of the day — featuring a new recipe each day, balancing flavors with invigorating powers. You are welcomed to take away freshly squeezed juices in dedicated bottles.
At the beverages station, a savory Bloody Mary cocktail awaits tasting, and a set for mixing Peach Bellini, with its soft taste and fruity notes, is also prepared.
