
Silk Lounge unveils a summer menu: new dishes with Russian accents based on local products. Sous-chef Maxim Shornikov creatively approached the interpretation of favorite flavors.
A colorful highlight of the renewed menu is a salad with spinach and strawberries - its light, slightly sour taste is inspired by summer in the city. At the request of guests, the team has expanded the range of "proper" sandwiches: we suggest making a snack special by choosing a bagel with hot smoked salmon and horseradish sauce with condensed milk or a panini with pastrami, Uzbek tomatoes, and parsley pesto.
Discover new nuances of chicken potato noodle soup and okroshka with ham or chicken on kvass or kefir - the boundless creativity of chefs makes seemingly familiar recipes exceptional.
We invite you to savor the rich flavors of truly Russian ingredients in main courses section: in the summer menu you will find Seliger rybnik with trout under creamy sauce with pike caviar, guinea fowl with pumpkin spelt and chopped beefsteak served with potato waffle and demi-glace sauce.
