We invite you to explore the flavors of French culture as well as the Black Sea region through the elegant wines of Château de Talu. On July 26 at 2:00 pm, the summer terrace of Moskovsky Bar sets the stage for a five-course lunch paired with a curated wine selection.
Guiding this experience is Frank Duseigneur — the chief enologist and French heart of Château de Talu, a key figure in shaping southern Russia’s modern wine story.
Picture a summer afternoon near the Kremlin — no rush, just the gentle rhythm of lunch under the sky. For a moment, you are not in Moscow but among the vineyards of Gelendzhik, high on Cape Tolstoy, overlooking the sea.
This lunch is more than a meal — it is a celebration of Art de Vivre in a Mediterranean style.
The five-course menu has been crafted by the chefs of Four Seasons Hotel Moscow to pair effortlessly with selected Château de Talu wines:
- Rabbit mille-feuille, goat cheese, asparagus, almonds
Château de Talu Muscat
- Sweet shrimp tartare, peach, sour cream
Château de Talu Sauvignon Blanc
- Roasted veal, young turnip purée, red currant
Château de Talu Clairet
- Duck breast, aged grapes, parsley coulis
