Quadrum, the hotel’s signature restaurant offering contemporary Italian cuisine, has refreshed its Italian Lunch menu with seasonal flavours.
Chefs Gennaro Conte and Konstantin Netsvetaev have created a new lunch menu where Bellini is reimagined as a delicate peach soup, tuna tartare is elevated with the unexpected freshness of raspberry, and Pasta alla Nerano celebrates the idea that the finest seasonal flavours are born from the simplest ingredients.
For dessert, guests can choose between a light Pavlova with berries or a vanilla affogato, each offering a delightful finishing touch to the meal.
The concept is simple and elegant: guests select one dish from each category. Two formats are available – three courses for RUB 4,000 or four courses for RUB 5,000.
Enhance your business lunch with a glass of wine (RUB 950 or RUB 1,050), including Bruni Prosecco from Veneto, Chardonnay or Le Grand Noir Pinot Noir from Languedoc-Roussillon.
